Cedric doesn't mind the quiet but the quiet without Jack tends to make him a little restless, a little uncomfortable. So, he turns on the small radio he'd brought with him from his room and found something resembling music on the radio and proceeded...to stare at the radio.

It was always nice to know that you'd be waking up to both no classes and no one that would curse you just for looking at her wrong.

Still, that didn't mean Cedric was going to wake up.

At least, not anytime soon.

Not without a bribe, at least.

Cedric's got a book open on his lap, a bag of candy near his knee and all the pillows behind his back. It's not the most productive way to end a week but it's definitely one of the most relaxing.

After his workshop, Cedric came back to Jack's -- well, his for now -- room and toed off his shoes upon entering. And then he did a very, very graceful swan dive onto the bed, curling up under the covers and clinging to pillows.

After coming back from his own room, Cedric flopped down on Jack's bed and allowed himself to think on the possibility of another person from Hogwarts being in Fandom. It wasn't an unusual thing but still, someone from home, someone from his future was worth being puzzled over ( Read more... )

Cedric was asleep. It was a nice, comfortable sleep brought on by both exhaustion and contentment. And a warm bed...that was currently half empty.

That would wake him up soon. For now, he continued sleeping.

When Cedric wakes up, he's wrapped around Jack and he's most definitely not in the cabins. It's early, it's a weekend, so he's perfectly content to stay here and doze lightly until Jack finally wakes up.

Cedric feels like there's sand in all kinds of odd places but he's smiling and warm when he enters Jack's room.

He even brought something back. There is now a small bag of sand sitting next to Jack's plant, fresh from the beach. He grins again and lays down on the bed, tired and warm but awake.
